Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments with energy and professionalism
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, serving, and customer service
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
