- Support children and young people to achieve their individual goals.
- Promote independence, wellbeing and emotional resilience.
- Encourage participation in education, hobbies, life skills and community activities.
- Provide safe, consistent and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
- Help manage challenging situations with empathy, patience and professionalism.
- Work alongside families and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality care.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children and young people.
- Experience within residential care or similar environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, flexible and reliable attitude.
- Someone who leads with kindness, respect and professionalism.
