Are you ridiculously organised?
Are you the person who always knows what's happening, who's forgotten something, and what still needs doing? Do you enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?
If you've answered yes, we'd love to hear from you.
About Quadzilla Ltd
At Quadzilla Ltd, we're the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for CFMOTO, one of the world's fastest-growing ATV, UTV and motorcycle brands.
Our marketing team is involved in everything from national agricultural shows and motorcycle festivals to product launches, press events and creator collaborations.
We've grown quickly over the last few years, and so has our marketing team. We're now looking for someone to help keep it all organised.
No two weeks are the same, which is exactly how we like it.
Our Mission
To distribute high-performance ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles with unrivalled support and parts back-up, delivering value, reliability and confidence in every ride.
Our Vision
To become the UK's and Ireland's leading distributor of vehicles and machinery for both work and adventure.
Our Culture
Forget average. At Quadzilla Ltd, we never stand still.
We are a team of ambitious people with big personalities who want to grow, challenge convention and make a genuine impact within our markets.
We're not here to blend in.
We move fast, embrace new ideas, work hard and enjoy the ride.
A substantial chunk of our lives is spent at work, so we strive to create an environment that is inspiring, rewarding and, most importantly, enjoyable.
The role
This isn't a traditional marketing role. You're not going to spend all day creating social media posts or designing graphics.
Instead, you'll be the person keeping the department running.
You'll coordinate demo bikes, organise events, manage paperwork, liaise with different departments and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
By taking ownership of these areas, you'll free up the rest of the team to focus on strategy, campaigns and creative projects.
If you're someone who enjoys being organised and likes the satisfaction of seeing everything come together, you'll love this role.

You'll be joining a friendly, ambitious team where no two weeks are ever the same.
As your experience grows, there will be future opportunities to get involved with:
· National events
· Product launches

· Social media
· Press activity
· Influencer collaborations
We believe in promoting from within and helping our team build long-term careers.

How to apply
We like to do recruitment a little differently.
This role is all about organisation, communication and attention to detail, so our recruitment process reflects that.
To complete your application you must:
1. Apply through Indeed with your CV
2. Call our recruitment line on 01507 01507 529 068 and answer a few short recorded questions
This phone-call simply gives us an opportunity to hear from you, understand how you communicate and, just as importantly, see that you've followed the application process.
Anyone can make a phone call and leave a voicemail. The people who get invited for an interview are the ones who make us remember them. Be enthusiastic, be yourself, and tell us why you deserve a place in our growing team.
