We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Fibreglass Laminator. This position involves hands-on work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing of Fibreglass Enclosures. Responsibilities
- Utilise hand tools and some power tools to paint, lay boards and matt in the manufacturing of Fibreglass Panels.
- Assist with tasks, including cutting and fitting core materials as required.
- Perform basic math to ensure precision in measurements in the manufacturing processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills
- Knowledge and experience of the laminating procedure are greatly valued, but not essential if willing to learn.
- Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Pay: £12.96 per hour
