Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm with a 30 minute lunch.
Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a maintenance operative to join our multi skilled team. The successful candidate will have an interest and experience in the general building and maintenance industry undertaking general repairs and building works with a specific interest / skills in joinery. The candidate will need a full clean driving licence and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Your role will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our services reporting to your lead hand / supervisor and ultimately the operations manager

General Responsibilities
· Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks with an emphasis on joinery.
· Supervise junior staff and provide guidance on maintenance procedures.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and complete e-Works paperless job tracker.
· Communicate with operations Manager regarding job status / update and report on service needs.
· Maintain good relations with clients and their end users.
Experience
· Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
· Good communication skills
· Full clean driving licence.
