The Governors of Hightown Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Educational Support Assisant to commence as soon as possible. We are looking for a dedicated, creative and energetic staff member to join our happy and highly successful school. Experience of working across the primary age range from Reception to Year 6 is highly desirable.
The successful candidates will:
be an outstanding role model to children, demonstrating our school values

demonstrate a consistent approach to positive behaviour management
have the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
