- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including upselling where appropriate
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing stock areas efficiently
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding stock levels, customer requests, and store updates
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, counting cash, and managing stock counts
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting via phone or email
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, or retail environments is a plus but not mandatory
