Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while adhering to time management best practices to minimize wait times.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety procedures related to handling alcohol, glassware, and equipment to promote a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, or similar environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash or POS transactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a lively setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of serving etiquette, including proper alcohol handling procedures.
- A friendly personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: £13.00-£16.50 per hour
