At DCS Recruitment, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Out-of-Hours Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain team in Manchester. If you're a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships whilst working independently from your own home, this could be the perfect role for you.
Working Hours:
Evenings Wednesday to Friday 18:00-00:00 plus Full 'On Call' service Saturday 09:00-00:00
What you'll be doing:
· Send shift reminders to prebooked workers
· Process new requests or cancellations in a timely manner
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and emergency requests
· Work professionally in a solo or reduced-support environment during evenings and weekend shifts
· Update CRM and booking software, logging actions accurately
· Ensure smooth service continuity, resolve urgent issues calmly, and provide detailed handovers for daytime teams.

· Self motivated and the capacity to work independently under pressure
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Willingness to work late evenings, weekends, and flexible shift patterns
