About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a CCTV Operator to work nights at a busy shopping mall car park in Camberley.
This is an ongoing position offering regular night-shift work on a 4 on, 4 off rota.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV across the car park and surrounding areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and responding appropriately to any incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras across the shopping mall car park.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance throughout the night shift.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents or security concerns.
- Monitor vehicle and pedestrian activity within the car park.
- Respond to incidents in line with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident and daily activity reports.
- Communicate with security teams and other relevant personnel when required.
- Contact emergency services where necessary.
- Provide a professional and reassuring security presence.
Requirements
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence/Badge – essential.
- Previous CCTV/security experience is preferred.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
- Ability to remain alert and focused throughout night shifts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

6:00 PM – 8:00 AM
