Job Duties:
- answering phones, processing orders,
- stock control and till processing with a high level of customer service.
- Picking orders for online, dealing with customers enquiries
- processing quotes
- learning about products
- dealing with suppliers
Experience:
- Maths & English GCSE
- Multi Task
- Sociable
- Commitment to customer service
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic!
- Punctual
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good phone etiquette
- Previous retail experience
- Knowledge and interest in our products
Hours Schedule
- 38 hours minimum average per week
- you will get a 3 week rota in advance
