Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their visit
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
- Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall guest comfort throughout their stay
- Handle cash transactions with basic math skills, ensuring accuracy in billing
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and address guest needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
