Goldwyn Knight is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.
This is not a trainee role.
We are specifically seeking proven estate agency professionals who are already working within Sales or Lettings and are looking for a bigger opportunity, higher earning potential and exposure to some of London's most desirable property markets.
Whilst our flagship office is based in Greenwich, much of our property portfolio is located across Canary Wharf, The City, Central London and Prime Central London. This gives our negotiators access to high-value properties, professional landlords, investors, corporate clients and premium developments that many agents spend years trying to break into.

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' estate agency experience within Sales or Lettings
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Professional and confident approach
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence

The Role
Depending on your experience, you will join either our Sales or Lettings department.
Sales Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Assisting with winning new instructions
- Managing sales progression through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Lettings Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying tenants
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Building relationships with landlords and applicants
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Managing transactions through to move-in
