Full Time - 9.30am to 5pm, Monday-Friday

Summary of Position:
As an industry leader in Luxury Hair Extensions, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and creative individual with previous experience working on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. The right candidate will help manage and help provide content for all our Social Media channels to help grow company brand awareness and drive engagement, sales and traffic to the brand website and social media channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with our team to Plan , Create and Post all social media content
Supporting the team on Brand/Studio photoshoots to acquire & schedule content.
Keep up to date with latest Social Media industry trends.
Create regular e-shot content for current trade clientele.
Compile a list of influencers for potential collaborations and build relationships on brand ambassador programmes.
Compile Social Media performance reporting on monthly basis and report to the board.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
Arranging for photoshoots and Creating content where needed.
Schedule all Social Media posts in a timely and accurate manner.
Attend events/photoshoots where content is needed for Social Media.e.g. BTS.
Monitoring competitor Social Media channels.
Plan, research content in line with the marketing calendar and latest trends.
Responding to customer queries which arise via Social Media channels
Assisting on any non Social Media projects such as data entry and website support where required.
Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, media pitches, and community outreach initiatives that enhance brand reputation.
Opportunity for National & International travel with the team on events and trade fairs.
Essential Skills Required
Knowledge of all Social Media platforms including filming, editing & features.
Experience in managing social media accounts such as Facebook , Instagram & TikTok accounts (either personal or business)
Experience in content creation and presentation of ideas
An understanding of social media analytics
Experience in video editing, both within TikTok & Instagram
At least 2 years relevant work experience in this field
A passion for the Hair & Beauty industry
Ability to write creative, cutting & inspirational texts/captions
Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
Ability to follow Instructions and work Independently on projects.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills while working under pressure.
Team player with strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent time management skills.
