Job Overview

Duties
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems to track stock levels and locations accurately
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of materials
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation
- Conduct general maintenance tasks around the warehouse or facility to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Handle mechanical repairs or adjustments on equipment as needed, applying mechanical knowledge effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and shipping & receiving
- Valid forklift certification with demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
- Ability to lift heavy loads consistently and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements
- Excellent communication skills, safety-conscious mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
