We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our busy estate agency office. If you’re passionate about property, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an office-based role where you’ll play a key part in helping buyers find their ideal home while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
· Register and qualify prospective buyers.
· Arrange and confirm property viewings.
· Match buyers with suitable properties.
· Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Proactively generate new business opportunities.
· Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with applicants.
· Update and maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and successful sales progression.
· Manage and drive the progression and completion of agreed sales through proactive engagement of buyers, vendors, solicitors and other agencies involved in the process.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in estate agency or a customer-focused sales role is preferred.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Confident, professional and target-driven.
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems.
· A proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
