Bufab UK are seeking a dynamic and detail orientated individual to join our replenishment team.
Previous experience and knowledge of Fasteners & C- Class Components is preferred but not essential
Responsible for:
Operational Processes
- Purchasing items as per MRP/Requisition list
- Review open orders and customer demand to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Assisting with the “Replanning” of existing PO’s to meet customer expectations
- Data maintenance (SSL, EOQ, MOQ, Segmentation's etc)
- Operational purchasing and material planning
- Inbound Logistical Queries
- Automating Imports and Clearance
- Progressing and evaluating open PO’s when required
- Communicating with sourcing on high disruption factor items or suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Collaborate closely with Sales team to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
Improvements
- Maintain high service level to our customers
- Optimal use of capital (Improve NWC as per local targets)
- Optimal operational cost (Consider handling efficiency)
- Continuous improvement of demand plans (Actual versus Plan)
- Drive digital procurement to beyond global targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
