Summary
We are looking for Night Redistribution Drivers to work 8-hour overnight shifts (8pm–4am), five nights a week with Tuesday and Wednesday off (working Thursday through Monday). This role is based in Brighton. It is an on-street role focused on redistributing bikes between hubs and carrying out battery swaps while the network is quiet.
Working overnight, you will play a key part in rebalancing hubs and keeping the fleet powered so it's ready for the morning. You will be part of a team providing service across the week.

Key Responsibilities
- Redistribution of bikes between hubs overnight (driving/loading/unloading)
- Performing battery swaps across the network
- Basic on-street fault finding and resolution
- Using the management app and team communication system
- Route planning and decision making/prioritisation
- Working independently and as part of a small overnight team
Person Specification
- Reliable, diligent team player with excellent timekeeping
- Comfortable and safe working night hours
- Experienced driver who is comfortable driving larger vehicles
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a position that involves moving/lifting multiple bikes
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new applications/software, as the use of IT is integral to the scheme's successful operation
Skills / Experience
- Full clean driving license
- Physically fit
- Mechanically minded (helpful but not essential)
