About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team and take responsibility for maintaining and continuously improving our quality standards across the business. The role will be based over both our sites at Botley and Bishops Waltham.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our products, services and processes consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements and internal standards. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will drive a strong culture of quality, continuous improvement and accountability. You will report to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the organisation's quality, environmental & health and safety management systems and processes
· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, legislation and customer requirements.
· Develop, implement and maintain Verotec’s policies, objectives, procedures and standards.
· Monitor company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections and reviews.
· Investigate non-conformances, complaints and quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.
· Analyse quality data and produce regular reports and performance metrics. (KPIs)
· Provide training, guidance and support to employees on quality standards and procedures.
· Review and update assessments.
· Maintain Verotec’s compliance – Registers, forms, manuals and documents.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for delivering high standards. You will ideally have:
· Previous experience in a Quality Manager or similar quality-focused role.
· Strong knowledge of quality/environmental/H&S management systems
· Experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions.
· Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / 14001 / EN9100 would be advantageous
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
