About the Role
We’re looking for skilled and experienced Barista's to join our team. You could preferably have at least 2 years of barista experience (speciality preferred), a strong work ethic, and a real love for coffee. As a newer business, we value initiative, independence, and people who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Preferably Minimum 2 years barista experience
- ( including dialling in, latte art, and working with speciality coffee)
- Confident working independently and using your own initiative
- Calm, efficient and focused during busy periods
- A team player with a positive, energetic attitude
- Passionate about coffee, customer experience, and creating a great atmosphere
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Flexible availability — including weekends
