Smith Brothers Stores Ltd (SBS Cardiff) is committed to providing customers with quality products and outstanding service. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Pick Packers to join our warehouse team and help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately using picking lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Pack customer orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through routine inventory checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Pay: £13.25 per hour
