Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries within agreed response times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with clients from enquiry stage through to post-event follow up.

Gather and review guest feedback following events and implement improvements where appropriate.

Anticipate guest needs ensuring each experience feels personal and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Ensure proposals and contracts follow pricing guidelines and deliver strong value for both guest and business.

Monitor pace of service, communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams.

Bring forward creative ideas and new concepts at monthly sales meetings to grow business performance.

Follow food safety, allergen procedures and health & safety requirements.
Person Specification

Experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory role.

Confident communicator with strong people skills.

Ability to lead by example and support a team during busy service.

Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.

Professional, reliable and able to take initiative when needed.

Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
