We're looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef De Partie to support our busy kitchen team on a full time basis. You will help with the preparation of ingredients, maintain the hygiene standards of the kitchen, prepare certain dishes from our main and specials menus and get hands on experience in the pastry and cold sections. We would love to help you build your career & see you flourish within our team.

You should have an enthusiastic, positive and can-do attitude that sees you volunteering to get stuck into whatever task Chef needs help with next. You should be a quick learner, a good listener and a fast worker. You should be punctual, presentable & passionate. You should be keen to gain experience with fresh ingredients and work well under pressure. This role is perfect for Commis Chefs looking for their first role with responsibility, or Line Chefs who enjoy running a small section and working on prep.

ABOUT THE JOB
Your shifts are part of a weekly rota of straight shifts which can be flexible with your availability. You will be required to work evenings, Bank Holidays and weekends, and also provide cover for fellow members of the kitchen team during annual leave.
N.B. There is no live-in accommodation for this role. You MUST have your own transport. Due to our rural location, there is no public transport available.
