We are seeking a motivated Lecturer in Electrical to join our S.T.E.A.M. department. You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, develop course materials, and support students to achieve excellent outcomes.
The role involves planning and delivering lessons, assessing progress, and providing tailored academic and pastoral support to enhance student achievement, retention, and progression.
You will contribute to course development, quality improvement, and a positive learning environment, while promoting employability skills, safeguarding, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. Working 18.5 hours per week. You will play a key role in supporting students to develop the skills and confidence needed for further study and employment.
