Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift: 7am to 3pm
Pay: Starting from £13.45 per hour
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the standard rate, £20.18 per hour
Moray Shellfish Ltd is a new and growing seafood processing facility based in Buckie, specialising in high quality brown crab products for UK and international markets.
We are looking for reliable and hard working Production Operators to join our team and help us build our reputation for quality, consistency and excellent seafood processing.
What the role involves
You will be working in a hands on seafood processing environment where no two days are the same. Duties will include:
- Handling, picking and packing brown crab products
- Working to high quality standards
- Following food safety, hygiene, and Health and Safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Rotating between tasks to keep the work varied
What we are looking for

Previous experience in food processing, seafood handling, or factory work would be helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
