Tees Property Group are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Labourer with experience in
ELECTRICS or PLUMBING or PLASTERING
The job involves labouring on smaller development projects and general maintenance on residential properties. Suitable candidates must have experience in general property repairs and/or labouring on larger refurbishment projects.
Essential to have good experience in Plumbing or Electrics or Plastering The more experience in each skill, the better.
Candidates are expected as a minimum to be able to labour & have experinece in one of the above trades and be able to work well within a small team.
The job is a full time permanent position. However we will consider part time applicants also.
Work is 8am to 4pm. 5 days a week.
Our two main sites are in Stockton and Middlesbrough at the moment.
Applicants must have CSCS card.
Own transport is also highly desired.
The successful applicant will start on a basic wage with review shortly thereafter.
