Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, flair, and consistency to meet quality standards

- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene across all kitchen operations
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and appealing
- Monitor kitchen inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of fresh ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations
- Serve breakfast items to guests with friendly professionalism, enhancing their overall dining experience
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast dishes and meal presentation
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, especially in breakfast or brunch settings

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
