Position: Class 2 HGV Driver
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive Class 2 HGV vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and routes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately, including delivery notes, vehicle logs, and other relevant records.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 HGV license (Category C)
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
- Previous experience as a Class 2 HGV driver preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
