Meat Me is located on Lark Lane, right in the heart of Liverpool's Sefton Park. We are a small independent business serving Greek street food inspired cuisine.
As Waiting Staff at Meat Me, you will be the face our guests remember. You will know our menu inside out and make recommendations based on your favourite dishes and the customers preferences. You'll infuse your personality into every moment you spend with our guests so that they have the best experience and want to return time and time again.
Opportunities are available for experienced FOH waiting staff for permanent positions both full-time and part-time.
Candidates must be available for weekends and bank holidays.
The successful applicant(s) will have great communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multitask. The successful applicant(s) will be able to work on their own and take initiative, as well as work well within a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and interact with our customers, answer any questions
- Take food and drinks orders.
- Inputting orders on till.
- Prepare beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant, clearing & resetting tables ready for our next guests in a timely manner.
- Stock shelves, refrigerators, and inventory products.
- Operate cash register to collect payment from customers
- Ensuring our guests receive the best possible service and the have the best experience during their time at Meat Me
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a requirement
- Have a passion for food and hospitality
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with other employees
- Ability to work well on their own, as well as part of a team
The pay starts at the national minimum wage. You'll also receive free food on shift, 50% staff discount and monthly tips averaging at £100 per week for full-time hours
