Community Care and Support Workers
Full-time and part-time permanent roles across Worksop, Retford and surrounding areas
Love working in care, but tired of feeling like just another name on the rota?
Do you feel as though your availability, family commitments or preferred working pattern are rarely taken into account?
You may not need to leave care. You may simply need to find a company that values you.
At Care Driven Agency Ltd, we understand that without our team, we could not provide the care and support our service users rely on. Our employees are our most valuable asset, and we want every member of the team to feel listened to, respected, supported and appreciated.
We know our staff have lives and responsibilities outside of work. While domiciliary care requires flexibility, including early mornings, evenings and every other weekend, your availability and agreed working pattern will be discussed clearly with you from the beginning.
Our story
Care Driven Agency Ltd was founded four years ago by a local radiographer who wanted to make a meaningful difference within her community.
Alongside continuing her work as a radiographer, she created the company to provide compassionate and reliable care that helps people remain safe, supported and independent in their own homes.
As a small, local company, we are proud to be hands-on, approachable and closely connected to both our service users and our team. Our aim is not only to provide high-quality care, but also to create a workplace where employees feel genuinely valued.
