Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for team members, meetings, and appointments to optimize productivity.
- Oversee vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Handle bookkeeping, using Xero Accounting Software, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize events, meetings, and company functions through meticulous planning and execution.
- Maintain organized filing systems, manage human resources documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computing software, calendar management tools, and managing phone calls.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
