Rose Castle is looking for enthusiastic and personable Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team for a busy summer season.
From beautiful weddings and private celebrations to corporate retreats and special events, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests in one of Cumbria's most unique venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love hospitality, and take pride in delivering warm, professional service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serving food and drinks at weddings, events and private functions
- Assisting with event setup and room preparations
- Looking after guests throughout their visit
- Working behind the bar and serving beverages
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting the wider team to ensure every event runs smoothly
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability and flexibility, particularly evenings and weekends
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
