Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and administrative tasks
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain effective communication with team members and customers through excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive displays that enhance product visibility and sales
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth and operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, and organizational planning
- Experience with administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management
- Previous experience supervising staff in a retail setting is preferred; supervisory experience is essential
