As a General Manager you will take ownership of your own coffee shop. You’ll lead and develop your own team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.

200 Degrees is more than just a coffee shop – we roast over 300 tonnes of coffee a year in our state-of-the-art roast house in Nottingham which we send not only to our shops but also to our customers online and our 600+ wholesale customers from small independent cafes to university campuses and corporate offices. We also support the development of coffee education through our barista training schools.
