Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Massage Therapist / Staff Supervisor to join our growing team. This dynamic role combines hands-on massage therapy with leadership responsibilities, ensuring exceptional client care while supervising staff operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing techniques such as holistic and remedial massage.
- Supervise daily clinic operations, including scheduling, client flow, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Lead, motivate, and support massage therapists and staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff members to promote professional growth.
- Manage client and staff feedback and resolve any concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and staff schedules, including producing reports on excel.

- Strong knowledge of the wellness industry and the ability to perform massage treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership and client interaction.
