We are currently recruiting Health Care Support Worker for day/night positions (36 hours) within QME Care based in Evanthea House. complex care setting in Kelso, Scottish Borders. As we continue to develop our unique caring model we are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our growing team. Evanthea House provides a homely yet unique setting for people aged 18+ with complex physical and emotional needs. You will be providing 1:1 support and reablement to people who require the specialist of care.

Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and Senior Health Care Support Workers you will attend to the daily needs (including their personal care needs) to our residents.
We follow a person centred approach to support our residents to be the director of their care.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, hard working and a team player.
Higher rate salary reflected the enhanced entitlement for weekend working and included holiday entitlement pay.
All our roles work a flexible rota system over a 7 day a week period.
