Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while showcasing your hospitality skills.
Duties
- Taking full responsibly for the bar and the bar team development.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service at all times.
- Inventory management and ordering by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in being a Head Bar tender cocktail bartending
- Strong knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for the abar industry and a desire to help create memorable experiences for guests.
- Ideally you live locally to Wimbledon.
