Halls Of Ivy Training Academy is looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Beauty Tutor & Assessor to join our growing team in Chelmsford.

The Role
As a Beauty Tutor & Assessor, you will:
- Deliver engaging practical and theory lessons in Beauty Therapy.
- Assess learners working towards their NVQ qualifications.
- Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate assessment and learner records.
- Ensure training is delivered in line with awarding body requirements.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- A recognised Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Teaching qualification
- Recognised Nail Technology qualification
- Industry experience in Beauty Therapy and Nail Technology.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for education and learner success.
