We are seeking a motivated, proactive and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our learning disability residential home with an integrated supported living component in Enfield, supporting up to 10 residents.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership and care values with excellent organisational, governance and compliance skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of maintaining high standards across the service, ensuring robust systems are in place, policies and procedures are effectively implemented, audits and regulatory requirements remain up to date, and the service is inspection-ready at all times.

We value Registered Managers who are confident in building external relationships, progressing appropriate referrals and helping the service grow. A small, fair incentive is available to recognise the additional work and responsibility involved in securing successful and suitable new placements.
Working closely with senior management, you will help shape the culture and ongoing development of the service, strengthen systems and processes, support staff development and embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and excellent care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about the people we support and wants to play an active role in developing a high-quality, well-run and growing service.
