Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- MUST have a Full Driving License with the ability to travel as required.
- Proven experience in sales or related roles with a track record of successful negotiations
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating within a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
