The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, organised and results-driven Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator to take ownership of our organic marketing efforts and support our student growth strategy.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms, whilst helping execute a marketing strategy designed to increase brand awareness, enquiries, trial bookings and student enrolments.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging and high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Film and edit short-form video content that reflects the Munelle brand.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
- Create reels, stories, posts and promotional content on a consistent basis.
- Develop content that showcases classes, performances, student success stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media channels.
- Schedule and publish content according to a structured content calendar.
Marketing Strategy
- Work closely with the Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive student enrolments.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for growing the school
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, showcases and seasonal enrolment drives.
Lead Generation & Growth
- Assist with campaigns designed to generate enquiries and trial bookings.
- Support the optimisation of the customer journey from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Help improve conversion rates through effective content and communication.
- Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting on results.
Email Marketing (Desirable)
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with newsletter creation and promotional communications.
- Support parent engagement through effective email content.
Brand Development
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with the Munelle brand.
- Maintain high standards across all visual and written communications.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content trends.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to analyse content performance and adapt strategy accordingly.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience filming content using a smartphone or camera.
- Experience within education, performing arts, fitness, children's activities or similar sectors.
- Email marketing experience.
- Graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns.
- Photography experience.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aberdeen
