EBS is expected to grow its scope of services as it enables delivery of the Deloitte ambition.
The Vendor Management team, part of the wider Enterprise Business Solutions function, is responsible for managing Deloitte's third-party suppliers and internal delivery partners, while supporting the wider Vendor Management operating model, governance framework and associated procurement processes.
This role would be ideally suited to someone with a strong track record in Vendor Management, Procurement, category management or shared services delivery.

The Senior Vendor Manager acts as a senior category lead and strategic business partner, building relationships with and driving value from Deloitte’s third-party vendors and internal delivery partners across assigned Enterprise Business Solutions categories.
This role reports to the Director of Vendor Management.
The role leads Vendor Management activity for Workplace Services and Real Estate, with primary focus on tiered supplier governance, strategic supplier oversight, contract and commercial assurance, risk management, sourcing support and value delivery across the Workplace Services supplier portfolio.
The Senior Vendor Manager is responsible for setting and maintaining the Vendor Management framework for assigned suppliers, leading quarterly and annual strategic governance, supporting sourcing and contract activity with Core Procurement, and providing assurance over how Workplace Services manages tier 2 and tier 3 suppliers. Workplace Services remains accountable for day-to-day service delivery, budget ownership, invoice validation and operational stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead Vendor Management activity for Workplace Services and Real Estate, setting proportionate supplier governance by tier, risk, spending and operational importance.

Use market intelligence, benchmarking, supplier insight and performance data to inform sourcing priorities, supplier segmentation, commercial decisions and value opportunities.

Working with Workplace Services, Core Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance to shape sourcing strategies, support sourcing execution and ensure commercial, risk and governance requirements are clear.

Own strategic supplier governance for assigned suppliers, including QBRs, annual strategy meetings, performance frameworks, reporting, action tracking, escalations and value delivery.

Maintain contract and supplier lifecycle discipline, including obligations tracking, renewals, change control, supplier compliance, TPRM/BRMS coordination and contract assurance.

Provide assurance over Workplace Services’ tier 2 and tier 3 supplier management, reviewing adherence to minimum contract management standards, governance quality, audit trails and performance documentation.

You will combine commercial judgement, supplier governance discipline, stakeholder influence and structured problem solving to improve the way Deloitte manages strategically important Workplace Services suppliers. You will be confident operating in a matrix environment, using evidence and governance to drive decisions, manage risk and support delivery of measurable value.
It is essential that you have:

Senior experience in Workplace services and Real Estate Vendor Management, Procurement, category management, contract management or shared services delivery.

Strong understanding of supplier segmentation, tiered governance, supplier controls and performance frameworks.

Experience managing contract lifecycle activity, including onboarding, renewals, variations, obligations tracking and exit planning.

Strong commercial acumen across sourcing, procurement governance, spending, budgets, forecasts, supplier charges and value opportunities.

Risk, compliance and analytical capability across supplier compliance, TPRM, business continuity, audit trails, remediation and performance data.

Excellent communication skills, including governance papers, review materials, executive summaries and decision logs.

Structured problem-solving skills, turning complex supplier or contract issues into clear actions.

Experience coaching others in supplier management disciplines and building practical capability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support governance and decision-making.
