About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our team.
This role offers a 4-day working week, with shifts of approximately 9.5 hours per day, providing a great work-life balance while maintaining full-time hours. You'll be responsible for delivering fresh and frozen seafood to our customers across the South West, ensuring products arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
As the face of S&J Fisheries on the road, you'll provide a friendly and professional service while helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport seafood products to customers.
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Handle fresh and frozen seafood with care during transportation.
- Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle safety checks.
- Ensure deliveries are made accurately and on schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent S&J Fisheries professionally at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good driving record and safe driving habits.
- Ability to lift and carry reasonably heavy loads safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and organised.
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team.
- Previous delivery driving experience is beneficial but not essential.
