Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic grappling coach to inspire and develop fighters of all skill levels. We are looking for somebody with a high level of experience, capable of dealing with all skill levels, and building and inspiring a team. The ideal candidate would also be willing and capable of leading kids classes (MMA).
Duties
- Lead engaging NoGI training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on technique, conditioning, and strategy
- Develop customized training programs tailored to each athlete’s skill level, goals, and physical condition
- Monitor athletes’ progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities to prevent injuries
- Foster a positive, disciplined environment that motivates athletes to push their limits and embrace continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on martial arts or combat sports
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate techniques clearly and motivate learners of all levels
- Deep knowledge of grappling techniques, rules, and training methodologies
- Ability to assess athletes’ strengths and areas for improvement accurately
- Enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse participants
- Certifications in martial arts coaching or relevant fitness credentials are preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to maintaining a safe training environment while fostering discipline and respect

Pay: £21,600.00-£36,000.00 per year
