Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of home care workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, support, and training to team members.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care, including care plans and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and standards, prioritizing health and safety.
- Efficiently plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the home care team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a home care team leader or in a similar leadership role in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of care workers.
- Thorough knowledge of local and national regulations and standards for home care services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient operations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of our clients.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in care.

This is a full-time or part-time permanent position, with the potential for overtime and weekend availability based on client needs.
Location: Havant and surrounding. Candidates must either reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
