Pay range including bonus: £12.80–£13.50 per hour
Location: Covering areas from Berwick to Hartlepool
Hours: Monday–Friday (3–5 days per week, 30–46 hours)
No weekends — enjoy long weekends off!
We're looking for a hard-working and reliable individual to join our team as a Wheelie Bin Cleaning Operative. This is a physically demanding role, working outdoors in all weathers.
Are you not afraid of hard graft, getting dirty, or getting stuck in? You must be confident driving a van, as this is essential to the role — and a good sense of humour goes a long way too.

Your Role
Working between 8:00am and 6:30pm, typically over a 4-day week, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the excellent service Bin Boutique is known for.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning residential wheelie bins to a high standard
- Managing your daily route and vehicle
- Handling cash collections from customers
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and communication
- Using handheld devices for route updates and feedback
- Following all health and safety procedures
