About The Role
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to help with the execution of our go-to market strategy, developing a detailed knowledge and understanding of every aspect of our product and service. You will be tasked with finding the best customers and bringing them to Index One. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the index industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential partners, and developing sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK market and globally.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying leads and developing new business opportunities

Researching and targeting specific industry segments that require our services

Pipeline, on-boarding and lead management from targeted segments

Contributing to our SEO, content strategy and overall marketing activities

Managing relationships with new and existing clients

Identifying specific marketing channels to utilise and executing campaigns via these channels

Skills and Experience required

Ideally you have graduated with a 2.1(or equivalent) degree.

Previous entrepreneurial experience where you have successfully built something new is a bonus.

Experience using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other productivity and presentation tools

Experience using Hubspot CRM

Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels.

Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.

Analytical, logical and data-driven approach to problem solving.

Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer.
