Are you an experienced Hard Landscaper looking to work on high-quality projects with a passionate, skilled team? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our landscaping business on a subcontractor basis and help deliver exceptional outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients.
About the Role
You will be responsible for all aspects of hard landscaping, including but not limited to:
- Laying patios (porcelain, natural stone, block paving, etc.)
- Installing driveways, pathways, retaining walls, fencing, decking, and garden structures
- Ground preparation and drainage installation
- A high standard of workmanship and reliability
- Reading and working from landscaping plans and technical drawings
- Operating machinery (dumper, digger, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hard landscaping
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Punctual, professional, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS card and machine tickets (preferred but not essential)
