Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
- Assist guests with their needs throughout their stay, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
- Support the F&B team by serving food and beverages in accordance with hospitality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and F&B service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and uphold hotel standards for hospitality excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with guests from all backgrounds
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest services best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Prior experience in food & beverage service is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- A friendly demeanor combined with professionalism to foster a welcoming environment for all guests
- 16-20 Hours per week, including weekends, Early morning start & late finish.
Pay: £12.71-£12.75 per hour
