Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our dynamic supply chain team. Duties
- Develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities using advanced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP or OrderWise.
- Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to align forecasts with business strategies and operational capabilities.
- Maintain and update demand planning models regularly to reflect changing market conditions and product lifecycle stages.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential supply gaps or overstock situations, recommending corrective actions proactively.
- Prepare detailed reports on forecast accuracy, sales trends, and inventory performance to inform decision-making at all levels.
- Support the integration of ERP systems to streamline data flow across supply chain functions and improve forecasting precision.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate forecast assumptions, challenges, and opportunities for process enhancements.
